I'm a personal trainer offering in-person sessions in a private studio or mobile, as well as online programs. I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. My training programs are tailored to individual needs, and I am committed to providing the support and motivation needed for success.

Step into a private studio equipped with everything you need: weights, multifunctional machine, and expert guidance. I’ll design a personalized workout plan based on your goals, guide you through every movement, and coach you with proper technique and motivation every step of the way.

Dynamic cardio group workout from moderate to high intensity, designed to improve overall fitness. It combines choreographed movements and dance while stepping on and off a small platform.
