I provide customized personal training services both in-person and online. My programs are designed to help you improve your fitness, strength, and overall well-being. All guidance and content shared on this site or during sessions is tailored to your goals and lifestyle to support sustainable, long-term results in a safe and effective way.

2. HEALTH AND SAFETY

By participating in any training, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and have consulted a medical professional if needed. You are fully responsible for your health and safety during all sessions.

3. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

All sessions and programs must be paid in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Fitness results depend on several factors, including your commitment, lifestyle, and nutrition. While I aim to support and guide you toward your goals, I cannot guarantee specific results. Progress takes time, consistency, and personal effort.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website (including workout plans and eBooks) belongs to Rodrigo Fitness Trainer. You may not copy, share, or use this material without written permission.
